We got married on June 24th at the Bastide, nr Grasse. We started planning the wedding at the back end of 2016, having completely under estimated the enormity of the task in hand. We had Jenna on board very early and already we were given access to some of the best supplied in the region from Photographers, Band, entertainment, singers, lighting, tents, the list goes on. The wonderful thing about having Jenna with us, was that fact she has done this so many times and has so much experience we only ever had a few options (always the best) to chose from. The planning went on behind the scenes for months and when the wedding weekend arrived, I honestly thought it would be logistically impossible to pull off. Jenna was by our sides from Friday to Sunday, quietly organising, planning and delivering the most amazing wedding ever. We simply had no hitches at all and the weekend was perfect. This lady is incredible, so calm, kind and nothing is too much trouble. She become part of our family for a good few months of our lives. I would recommend Jenna to everyone, totally amazing, awesome lady. Every single one of our guests were astounded by what this lady delivered. So thank you Jenna, you are incredible.

C & M - June 2017

Although we had Jenna for just the day, she was familiar with all the other vendors, having been in touch with them before hand and was meticulous in going over the timeline, and all of the logistical movements of the day. She has a very calm nature and is clearly skilled under pressure, balancing the families needs while also keeping everyone one in check. Jenna was our foundation on the wedding day, allowing us to lean into the moment and hand over the reigns. There were (as can never be avoided) a few hick ups here and there, but we were none the wiser on the day, as Jenna took the initiative in dealing with the situations, which were promptly sorted. Even when we were needed, Jenna came to us discreetly, was straight to the point and already had a solution to present; all we needed to do was give the green light. If you are planning a wedding, especially from abroad, Jenna is the person for the job, she grew up on the Cote D'Azur, is bilingual and knows all the great vendors the South of France has to offer. Jenna went the extra mile for us, and was very attentive leading up to wedding, suggesting great tips and recommendations, while always ready to offer help if needed. She is also a wonderful person, very friendly, attentive, funny, focused, and a true professional. Guaranteed she will be as invested as you are in creating the day youve dreamt of.

L & A - May 2017

My husband and I got married in Grasse in May 2017 and very simply, we could not have done it without Jenna. I had been speaking to Jenna for about 12-15 months prior to the big day and I genuinely feel I have made a friend over that time. She answered every query and reassured every panic (and trust me there were many!) One week before the wedding some of my plans fell through, and she managed to source a wonderful hairdresser and florist within my budget with five days to go until the wedding- all within the busy time period of the Monaco Grand Prix and Cannes Film Festival. She even managed to source a beer keg delivered to the venue 24 hours before the big day. On the day itself she was working constantly in the background; liaising with our vendors, dressing the venue, keeping me calm! If there were any issues during the day I don't know about them- because she was prepared for all eventualities. All my guests commented on her friendly, down to earth and approachable demeanour. In conclusion, I wanted a wedding coordinator and actually ended up with a friend. If you want a friendly, reliable, enthusiastic and dependable wedding coordinator than you have found it!

We decided to get married at the Bastide and employ Jenna as our wedding planner. Planning a wedding in France from London with no French language to speak of, Jenna was an integral part of creating our special day. Not only was Jenna thorough and helpful giving us prompt and honest information and recommendations on request for various elements of our wedding from Catering and Entertainment, to sourcing individual decorations and making restaurant reservations for the night before. She was approachable and friendly throughout the whole process. Despite our initial reasons for getting a wedding planner to help us with the organisation running up to our wedding Jenna was in fact invaluable on the actual day. She took away any stress from myself and my husband dealing with suppliers/logistics always in the background and seemingly invisible. She helped us and our guests have the best weekend from the moment we arrived in France to the after party. Our only complaint would be that we couldn’t actually spend more time with her ourselves. A genuinely lovely person who we hope we get the opportunity to see again. We just wanted to write you a quick thank you for without you our day really could not have been. We really had a grossly underestimated the sheer amount of coordination required and are so grateful to have met you and entrusted the logistics of our wedding day to you. From start to finish you were brilliant, and on the wedding day truly exceptional to the point where we have no idea if there was anything going slightly amiss or if everything was going perfectly to plan. As far as we could see everything was exactly as we always dreamed and pictured it.
So again the final big thank you to you and all of the suppliers you helped coordinate for the wedding for without you and your fantastic team our wedding day would not have been so special. Jenna was an absolute pleasure to work with. We live in Ireland, so we knew it would have been extremely difficult to organise the wedding from there without any help, however having Jenna proved to be so important in many other ways. She had relationships with all the suppliers we chose and therefore was able to communicate to them exactly what we wanted. She kept us updated and took all the stress out of the planning. It definitely helps that she’s a chilled out person!! The day before and the day of the wedding she took over and everything went exactly as planned. Using Jenna Ringdahl as our wedding planner was the best decision we made. She was an integral part of the planning process and made the entire day go seamlessly. Planning a wedding from abroad can be a daunting task but having someone on the ground who is bilingual and well connected made the whole thing seem like a breeze. Jenna took all the ideas that I had and used her creativity and resourcefulness to make my dream wedding a reality.
